This painting is fully inscribed in the abstract expressionist language of Fouad Abou Saada, characterized by an intuitive and physical practice of painting, in which color and texture act as vehicles of emotion and memory. His work, developed between the Middle East and Europe, combines the heritage of informalism and lyrical abstraction with a personal sensibility marked by life experience and displacement.

Abou Saada is a founder and member of the Plastic Art Guild and a member of the Union of Arab Plastic Artists in Damascus. During the 11 years he lived in Algeria were very productive, he organized several exhibitions with the collaboration of the Ministry of Culture of Algeria and the Union of Plastic Art of Algeria (UNAP). The National Museum of Modern Art of this country selected two of his paintings, adding to its Collection of International Modern Art of the 20th century. He also has a painting selected by the Salvador Allende International Museum (Chile) for Section Africa's collection.
