Jordi Rollán trained in Barcelona, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy. In 1966, he held his first solo exhibition at the Jaimes Gallery in Barcelona, and since then he has exhibited extensively in Spain, the United States, France, Germany, and Tangier, among other countries. He has received the R. Cendrós and Barceló Young Artist Painting Awards from the Parés Gallery, the Rodés Award from the Real Círculo Artístico, First Prize from the Sant Lluc Artistic Circle, the Kreisler Award for small-format works, and First Prize in Painting from Mahón, among others.
