David Brush entered the art world inspired by his daughter. His work is heavily influenced by artists such as Jackson Pollock (1912–1956), Karel Appel (1921–2006), and Willem de Kooning (1904–1997). He opened his first solo exhibition, “Feria de Colores,” in April 2018 in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, which was followed by numerous other exhibitions. One example is her solo exhibition at Cielo de Urrechu (Pozuelo de Alarcón) in September 2019. He participated in a group exhibition at the Santana Art Gallery, where he displayed his works alongside those of artists such as Francisco de Goya, Joaquín Sorolla, Wifredo Lam, Pedro Sandoval, Palomo Linares, Juan de Arevalos, and Juan Genovés, among others. He also participated in an exhibition at the Casa de la Cultura in Ugena (Toledo) in December 2019. Notable among his solo exhibitions are those held at Ópera Gallery (Barcelona) and at Ceart Tomás y Valiente in 2020–2021. In 2019, he was awarded the Revelation Prize by the Pro Arte y Cultura Group, presented by Mayte Spínola. Today, his work can be found in both national and international collections, notably in countries such as Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, among others.
