This model belongs to Omega’s famous Constellation line, a symbol of Swiss haute horlogerie from the 1960s and one of the first mass-produced automatic chronometers with official certification. The name “Pie Pan” comes from the distinctive faceted design of the dial, highly prized among collectors. The watch is particularly valuable because it retains both the original silver case and the complete documentation—elements rarely preserved in pieces of this type.
In the watch descriptions, when a watch is listed as “it works,” it means the watch is functioning. Since collector’s watches typically have delicate and complex mechanisms, the buyer is responsible for any general servicing, inspection, battery replacement, adjustment, or repair that may be necessary. We do not guarantee the perfect functioning of any watch. Nor do we guarantee its water resistance, regardless of what is indicated by the manufacturer or the model. All photographs of our watches are original and have been taken by our photographers; in other words, we do not use stock photography, and therefore the photographs are considered part of the listing.
