Ring and earrings, 60's

Set of ring and earrings in platinum with emeralds (ca. 1.90 ct.) and diamonds (ca. 3.00 ct). European work from the 1960s.
Set of fine jewelry consisting of a ring and a pair of rosette earrings, made in platinum. Each piece presents a symmetrical arrangement centered on an emerald, emerald cut, of intense and saturated green color, with medium transparency and slight traces of oil, a common practice in stones originating from Zambia. The estimated total weight of the emeralds is 1.90 ct.
The central gems are bordered by a double crown of brilliant-cut diamonds, color H, purity VS and a total of ca. 3.00 ct., in open mounting with claw settings arranged at different levels, generating a dancer effect. The earrings have a spade clasp.
Measurements: 17.5 x 16 mm (ring front); 17 mm (ring inner diameter); 16.5 x 16 mm (earring front).
