Viña Lanciano is a classic LAN winery wine that represents the essence of its philosophy based on sustainability and the protection of natural processes. This wine is made in small truncated cone-shaped stainless steel tanks with long macerations and continuous pumping over in order to achieve color perfection. Malolactic fermentation takes place in a French Troncaise oak barrel for 14 months, finishing the fermentation process in a Russian oak barrel from the Caucasus for 8 months and refining in the bottle for 20 months.
