Dom Pérignon Vintage is made exclusively from the best grapes of a single year, reinventing itself by interpreting the unique character of the seasons and daring not to make a Vintage if the vintage does not meet high expectations. After a minimum of eight years of cellar aging, the champagne reaches the perfect balance that Dom Pérignon represents. Founded in 1743 in Épernay, Moët & Chandon produces one of the best-known and best-selling champagnes in the world, characterized by its pale yellow, somewhat greenish tone. Its cellars are more than two centuries old, and the house has had an appellation of origin since 1927. Dom Pérignon is only made when the vintage is of exceptional quality, which has only happened thirty-six times between 1921 and 2002. In this way, it has become a champagne respected and admired throughout the world for the immense quality it treasures.
