100% silk twill in shades of blue, burgundy, and red.
In very good condition, with normal signs of wear.
Measurements: 90 x 90 cm.
Designed by Virginie Jamin and originally released in 2016, Carré en Boucles draws inspiration from a collection of belt buckles preserved in the Hermès historical archives, with pieces dating back to the 1920s. The designer transforms these functional elements into a strikingly geometric composition, where buckles of various shapes and sizes are arranged against an intense blue background. The color hallmarks and the orderly arrangement of the motifs give the piece a contemporary graphic character, representative of the brand’s reinterpretation of its artisanal heritage.
