FRANCSICO GRAS, (Valencia, 1889-1897? - 1941).
"Maternity on the beach".

Signed in lower left corner.
Presents previous restorations.
Measurements: 100 x 79 cm, 112 x 91 cm (frame).
Clearly influenced by the painting of his master Joaquín Sorolla, highlights the technique of vibrant colors and Mediterranean light captured in his works painting outdoors.disciple of the schools of Fine Arts of San Carlos de Valencia and San Fernando de Madrid. He frequented the workshop of Joaquín Sorolla, who influenced him, and specializes in the landscape theme of strong luminist affiliation. He held several solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Madrid and Valencia. He participated in several editions of the Salón de Otoño de la Asociación de Pintores y Escultores (Autumn Salon of the Association of Painters and Sculptors).
