Finca Azaya Premium 2016 is a wine that is made with the Tempranillo variety from the selection of clusters, one by one, that are harvested manually and that come from a farm located in the Toro area. The wine is aged for 22 months in oak barrels from two different origins. Once bottled, the wine rests for 24 months in the winery, during which time it is refined, consolidating its potential and elegance.**
