This drawing also belongs to the most intimate, lyrical and evocative phase of Olga Sacharoff's production, especially developed between the twenties and forties. In contrast to more figurative or symbolic compositions, here the artist reduces the motif to a suggested, almost dematerialized scene: a half-open window, a curtain fluttering in the air and a vegetal landscape barely hinted at by green and yellow glazes.

Drawing and color are delicately integrated, with soft strokes, diffuse atmospheres and a clear palette that reinforces the sensation of silence, intimacy and reverie, very characteristic features of his personal language.

Drawings like this one occupy a prominent place in his production and are well represented in public collections such as the MNAC, the Reina Sofia Museum and various institutional collections.
