BID HISTORY

DESCRIPTION

Pair of Italian armchairs from the 60s and 70s.
Vanilla and brown wood and textile upholstery.
In very good condition, except for the upholstery. The upholstery has a not very big stain.
Measurements: 86 x 102 x 96 cm.

This pair of armchairs is characterized by its clearly vintage modern aesthetics, with influences of the organic design of the mid-twentieth century. They stand out for their enveloping and voluminous shapes, with soft and rounded lines, which convey a sense of comfort and sculptural elegance. The vanilla-toned upholstery contrasts with the velvety dark brown base and sides, creating a sophisticated and warm visual play. The wide, curved arms integrate naturally with the backrest, while the capitonné buttons add a classic, refined detail.

Their low, compact design gives them a welcoming, contemporary presence, ideal for sleek, minimalist or art deco-inspired interiors. More than just seats, they function as decorative pieces with a strong personality and a very comfortable appearance.
