As we clearly appreciate in the "Bolide Automobile" in tender, Gustave Miklos was an outstanding representative of the French Art Deco style. He developed an aesthetic language based on geometry, modernity and a fascination with mechanical speed.
The Bolide Automobile is a particularly significant example within his production because it masterfully condenses the most recognizable qualities of his style: futuristic-inspired aerodynamic lines, refined volumes, polished metal surfaces and an elegant synthesis between sculpture and functional design, evoking the spirit of innovation and luxury characteristic of the 1920s-1930s.
Gustave Miklos was a Hungarian artist and designer based in Paris, linked to Cubism and the Art Deco movement, famous for his sculptures and decorative objects with sophisticated geometric lines.
