Jaime Rico Amador earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (2004). He obtained an intermediate diploma from the Villa Arson National Art School in Nice. In 2010, he was awarded the Villa de Aoiz Painting Prize. Among his most recent solo exhibitions, we highlight those held at the Mdv Gallery (2012) and Mala Madrid (2010), at the Ormolú Gallery in Pamplona (2006, 2008, 2010), and Artevistas in Barcelona (2008), and Nave 10 in Valencia (2008). Among his group exhibitions, we note those held at the Paz Feliz Gallery in Madrid (2011), the Muz-Martínez Gallery in Alicante (2011), and Ormulú (2011). In his latest series of paintings, Jaime Rico Amador reflects on the disorientation of the passerby immersed in jungles of steel and fiber optics
