Established Spanish artist, Xaus is one of the great innovators of the end of the XX century within the Catalan school, capable of creating brilliant pieces, full of expression and vitality, through a language full of color, synthetic in the form, where the force of the gesture is manifested. He studied at the La Lonja School in Barcelona and in Paris, and has held exhibitions both in Spain and internationally, in countries such as France, the United States and Chile.
