The structure and original polychromy are in good general condition, with signs of use and superficial wear compatible with its age. Some areas of gilding show slight losses or craquelure, without compromising its aesthetic integrity.

Dressing table of historicist taste, made in the twentieth century following models of Venetian rococo of the eighteenth century. It is a highly decorative piece, with rich sculptural ornamentation, a combination of sinuous forms and an exuberant polychrome in tempera on wood, combining pastel tones with gold leaf gilding in the moldings and carved details.
The structure is composed of a serpentine front table, supported on four lyre-shaped legs, topped with hooves and gilded vegetal relief decoration, evoking the Louis XV style. The front is divided into several compartments decorated with bucolic landscapes, floral garlands and rocaille frames in shades of aqua-green, cream and coral. On the top of the table there is a second body in the form of a small pumped chest of drawers, on which stands a spectacular beveled mirror with a profusely carved and polychrome frame, with an asymmetrical silhouette and dynamic movement.

This piece reflects the ideal of luxury and sophistication typical of Rococo art reinterpreted from a 20th century perspective, most likely made by a workshop specializing in highly decorative art furniture. It is a decorative object of great theatricality, ideal for interiors of classical or palatial inspiration, as well as for contemporary projects that incorporate pieces with a scenographic character.
