Case and bracelet in 18kt yellow gold. Bezel and case sides outlined with brilliant-cut diamonds. White dial with railway-type minute track, black lacquered Roman numerals and Cartier signature. Blue baton-type hands. Sapphire crystal. Faceted crown at 3 o'clock, topped by blue cabochon. Articulated yellow gold link bracelet with integrated hidden folding clasp, both Cartier originals. Hand-wound mechanical movement. It works.
