DESCRIPTION
1 bottle of Maestro Dobel 50, Magnum. José Cuervo, Mexico, 1970.
Añejo tequila. 1.75 L.
Limited edition and collectible. Bottle No. 283/600.
Aged in French oak barrels and finished in Amorone barrels.
Comes with original case.
Maestro Dobel Magnum bottle produced by José Cuervo, one of Mexico’s oldest and most renowned tequila houses. The brand’s history dates back to the 18th century, when, in 1758, José Antonio de Cuervo obtained the first license to produce tequila in the Tequila region of Jalisco. Over the generations, the Cuervo family established one of Mexico’s most important distilleries, becoming an international leader in tequila production and in preserving traditional production methods using blue agave.
The Maestro Dobel 50 series was created as an expression of the pursuit of excellence within the category of aged tequilas. Its aging process combines an initial aging in French oak barrels—which impart complexity, spicy notes, and an elegant structure—with a finish in barrels that previously held Amarone wine, an oenological technique that adds fruity nuances, aromatic depth, and a distinctive character.
