This mid-20th-century Omega combines two of the most prized attributes of classic Swiss watchmaking: a yellow gold case and the Caliber 265 hand-wound mechanical movement, part of the renowned family of Omega 30 mm calibers, developed beginning in the late 1930s and valued for its robust construction and significance in the brand’s technical history.
In the watch descriptions, when it states “it works,” it means the watch is functioning. Since collector’s watches typically have delicate and complex mechanisms, the buyer is responsible for any general servicing, inspection, battery replacement, adjustment, or repair that may be necessary. We do not guarantee the perfect functioning of any watch. All photographs of our watches are original and were taken by our photographers; in other words, we do not use stock photography, which is why the photographs are considered part of the catalog entry.
