Many years ago, when the Maria Lehmann brandy was selected for aging in American oak barrels from Pennsylvania, three three hundred liter barrels were set aside for exceptional aging. Subsequently, it was carefully transferred to French "Limousin" oak barrels, so that it would acquire, with the passing of the years in the rest of the centenary Lehmann cellars, that unsurpassed bouquet of the great brandies. Coinciding with the epic of the Third Millennium, Lehmann believes that the time has come to offer the first 1,155 bottles, with the certainty of bringing a great work to a great event.
