Fabulous writing set made in a striking French Art Deco style. This extraordinary set has been made with noble materials, such as rosewood and bone, as well as glass. The combination of these results in a chromatic binomial very much in tune with the style. The complete set is preserved, in perfect condition, consisting of inkwell, blotter, ruler and bookend. The writing desk as such begins to be documented in the Renaissance, but it is true that the different elements with which they are constituted date back to Antiquity. Elegance, functionality and sober design of pure forms, characteristic of the Art Deco movement of the time.
