Pair of urns in bronze raised on a high plinth in Siena marble. The main bodies are embellished with gadroons that contrast with smooth surfaces and the lateral handles of curved format are decorated with a mask of Greco-Roman inspiration. The pieces are distinguished by the formalism characteristic of the Napoleonic era, when rigor and simplicity were combined with Greco-Roman art.
