Cellini is a collection of watches that the Rolex brand made in tribute to the great Italian Renaissance artist Benvenuto Cellini (Florence, 1500 - 1571). Sculptor and goldsmith of great renown, he worked for the Papacy in Rome under Clement VII, under the patronage of Duke Cosimo I de Medici and for King Francis I, with whom he moved to work in France. Benvenuto Cellini is considered the prototype of the Renaissance man and his work has been a reference for the history of art.
