Agustín Navarro, painter and draftsman, began as a comic artist in the independent publishing house Creo. In 1968 he joined the Art Studium team, dedicated to the production of illustrated children's books for the foreign market. But soon after he left the medium to devote himself to painting. His oil and watercolor paintings of Valencian bathers and beaches were his specialty.
