Devotional carving of a Christ with three nails. In spite of the pathos transmitted by the precise rendering of the anatomical details, an aestheticizing will prevails in the canon, determined by the stylization of the proportions and the smooth turning of legs and knees. This is a quality piece, as can be seen in the realistic reproduction of the tendons, the veins in protrusion, the ribs and the wiry bearded face.
