Painter and draftsman, Sebastián Llobet developed his career in Barcelona, showing his work in official exhibitions and contests. Thus, in 1933 he participated in the exhibitions of unpublished works organized by the Artistic Circle of Barcelona, along with other prominent artists such as Alfredo Opisso or Darius Vilàs. He also took part in the Spring Salons of Barcelona, and in 1960 he won the Madrid City Council Prize at the XXXI Salón de Otoño. He also worked as an illustrator, collaborating with periodicals and making book covers such as "Els sants de la diòcesi de Barcelona", by J. Maurí Serra, in 1957.
