Lydia Gordillo Pereira began her training in painting techniques such as oil and pastel. Her meeting with the painter Claudio Bravo ended up defining her clear vocation for painting, since from his hand, she learned the importance of light, hallmarks, composition, colors and especially detail. He moved to Seville and began his studies of Fine Arts, graduating in Fine Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Seville (Sta. Isabel de Hungría). Later he moved to Madrid where he participated in the courses of the workshops of the Círculo de Bellas Artes. For 4 years, he alternated his work as a teacher with different participations in exhibitions and workshops. Although later he will devote himself exclusively to painting. He has made many exhibitions both individual and collective. Among which include solo exhibitions held in; Sala Aulencia. Villanueva de la Cañada (Madrid) 2018, the Alfredo Kraus Cultural Center. Also in the last year she has been awarded the prize III Salón de Primavera de Pintura Realista de AVATARTE and the Honorable Mention Certamen del III Salón de Dibujo de la AEPE. 2018.
