A teacher at the Official School of Design Lonja and vice-president of the Association of Ceramists of Catalonia, Teresa Gironés presents us with unique works full of expression in her pieces. Her way of working ceramics and the expressions of her sculptures immerse us in an almost magical world. She was awarded the Maestra Artesana Ceramista prize, given by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, in recognition of her work as a master in this speciality. She has held more than 200 exhibitions at national and international level. Her work is housed in public and private collections. She was a member of the International Academy of Ceramics in Geneva.
