This wine was awarded the gold medal of the Berliner Wein Trophy. This wine, made with the Tinto Fino variety, is aged for 30 months in barrels, followed by stabilization in the bottle for 18 months.
Valduero is a family winery and one of the first to be founded in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, around 1984. It was created by Gregorio García Álvarez in Gumiel de Mercado. Yolanda García Valduero, daughter of the founder and agricultural engineer, redefined the winery.
