Illustrator, designer and painter, Stanton is director of the design group Stanton Studio, based in Barcelona. Trained in Florida and New York, since the eighties he has participated in more than forty solo and group exhibitions, and has collaborated with various newspapers and magazines. His work has won awards such as the European Illustration/Illustration Now, the Laus, the Best Pack, the Destino Apel-les Mestres and the Junceda, among others. Since 1995 he has been a professor of illustration and coordinator of the postgraduate course in creative illustration at the School of Art and Design EINA in Barcelona. He is also the author of the installations of the Palau Robert, the Aquarium of Barcelona, the inauguration ceremony of the European Cup in Barcelona (1999), the perimeter mural of the Agbar Tower by Jean Nouvel, the decoration of the Sagrada Familia subway station and the facade of the PG45 building, among others.
