Painter, engraver, sculptor and photographer, Francesc Guitart has presented a total of fifty-six individual exhibitions since the seventies, in galleries in Spain, Germany, Belgium, Holland, the United States, Japan and Luxembourg. He is currently represented in the Cabinet des Estampes of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, the Brooklyn Museum in New York, the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh, the St¨dael Museum in Frankfurt, the National Art Museum of Catalonia and the Col-lecció Testimoni of the Fundació "La Caixa", as well as in various private collections.
