Sculptor, painter and photographer, Dis Berlín was trained in Zaragoza, and has developed an avant-garde work that starts from the abstraction of his early years, passing through figuration in the style of Matisse and a blue stage in the mid-eighties, to finally produce figurative works since 1989, especially interiors of houses, in a stage known as Heaven. He has won second prize in the City of Tudela Painting Competition (2009) and first prize in the Plastic Arts Competition of the University of Murcia (2011), and has held solo exhibitions in leading galleries throughout Spain, as well as in Argentina, Portugal and Greece.
