Luis Giner Bueno began his training with his father, Luis Giner Valls, and later he entered the School of Arts and Crafts in Valencia. In 1952 and 1953 he won the First Prize for Oil and Watercolour with a study trip to Paris. He was also awarded the First Prize at the Biennial of Moncada (Valencia) in 1956, the Silver Medal at the National Exhibition of Alicante, the Goerlich-Miquel Prize of the Circle of Fine Arts of Valencia, and the Prize of the Real Maestranza of Seville at the Autumn Exhibition (1968). He has held exhibitions of his work in various Spanish cities and in the United States. Works by Giner Bueno are owned by the Museo Archivo Municipal de Valencia and the Museo de la Real Maestranza de Caballería de Sevilla, as well as by numerous Spanish official bodies and European and American collectors.
