The "Único" is Vega Sicilia's benchmark. A wine in which the qualities of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon are perfectly blended in different proportions. Each one of them contributes, in each vintage, a differentiating element that makes it great. After its time in wood, it ages in the bottle to complete a complex and long ageing process. Under normal conditions it will spend 6 years in wood and three in the bottle. The different elements involved in its elaboration are modelled and moulded in search of the master line that has guided the wine. The "Único" remains faithful to a clear and well-defined style, an inimitable character and style; elegance, firmness and an ageing capacity only within the reach of a few wines in the world.
