Victor Moya studied at the Academy of San Carlos. He was a disciple of Jose Mongrell and pensioned in Rome by the Valencian Council. In 1918 he moved to Barcelona and dedicated himself to painting landscapes. He held several exhibitions.
He was a member of the Royal Academy of San Carlos in Valencia. Moya's painting reveals a great plastic sensibility, ordered by an exceptional guiding intelligence. Great part of his work is in America. Good miniaturist and painter of genre to the Sorollesque style, he was one of the best cultivators of the portrait of his time (gallery of presidents of the Provincial Delegation of Barcelona).
