Set of two silver candlesticks. Both have a similar design that stands out for the presence of a parrot on the handle. The candlestick is a saucer-shaped object with a handle on the rim, designed to hold a candle. Before the liturgical reform, and nowadays in the masses celebrated with the extraordinary form, the candlestick is lit at the credence after the Sanctus and is placed on the left side of the altar, parallel to the corporal and not far from it. In Masses presided by prelates, the candlestick is used for the entire Mass, next to the missal.
