Jaime Rebullosa belonged to the order of preachers, was prior of the convent of Balaguer (1601) and Tortosa (1606); he was also lector of the cathedral of La Seu d'Urgell and Lleida, and author of a Relación de las fiestas y del certamen literario celebrados en Barcelona con motivo de la canonización de san Ramón de Peñafort (1601). He also wrote numerous works of spirituality, a Life and miracles of the divine Olaguer, bisbe of Barcelona... (1609, 1630) and a book on the life and miracles of the divine Olaguer, bisbe of Barcelona (1609, 1630). (1609, 1630) and collected several volumes of sermons.
