This dictionary brings together in alphabetical form numerous concepts related to mythology and popular knowledge. The two volumes are dedicated to the Royal Board of Trade of Catalonia. The introduction to this dictionary states "It seemed difficult at first sight to coordinate and arrange a work that can only be the fruit of many wise men, and the result of long reading and careful and profound meditation".
