Codex C-67 is known for its subject matter on plants and animals, based on the beliefs and studies of Saint Albert the Great. The codex is composed of twelve manuscripts, ten of which refer to the scientific encyclopedia of Thomas of Cantimpré, while the remaining two deal with subjects such as falconry and dietetics.
