Sculptor, painter and designer, Cándido Pazos was a student of the School of Art Maestro Mateo, in Santiago de Compostela. He has made public sculptures, such as the "Arco del Camino", Logroño, 2004, San Antonio Park, next to the Stone Bridge, Logroño, La Rioja, Porta Itineris Sancti Iacobi, ca. 2004, Rúa de San Lázaro, Santiago "Monumento a los Marineros muertos en la mar" Vigo, and the Monumento al tonelero, 2009, Haro, La Rioja, among others. He has solo exhibitions to his credit, among which we mention: 2002 La Galicie et L'Europe, European Parliament, Brussels, Belgium 2010. "Classic and marine", Martínez Glera Gallery, Logroño, La Rioja Caixanova Social Center, Vigo, Pontevedra (from April 22 to May 20, 2010). He is represented at the Vivanco Museum in Briones, La Rioja.
