Conxa Ibáñez is one of the artists who have offered their works to Fundación Funamment (Salut Mental), to help improve the quality of life of people with mental health problems. She is one of the most representative painters of the second half of the 20th century, who with hard work and tenacity has always sought new forms of expression, starting from traditional approaches and evolving towards a new conception of landscape, which she transforms through an unmistakable personal poetics. His is a clean painting
clean, of essential concept and of spaces in perspective that allows us to enter placidly into the landscape. Inspiring landscapes such as Castile, the Canary Islands, the Costa Brava, Morocco, Vallès... all of them dear to this painter and represented in different
painter and represented in different exhibitions. Her last outstanding exhibitions are "Paisajes de toda una vida" Art-Café Can Tixedó, Ibiza (2009) and "El Vallés" in Sala Canals, Barcelona (2009). His work can be found in different museums, including the MACBA, and in numerous public and private collections.
